1、 Before installation, check whether the screw rod of the elevator is bent. During installation and use, the straightness of the screw rod must be ensured. If the screw rod of the elevator is found to be bent, it must be straightened with professional equipment before installation (do not disassemble or assemble it without authorization). 

2： Before installation and debugging, the specifications and models on the box nameplate should be carefully checked. When multiple units are synchronized for lifting and lowering, they should be placed in the correct position according to the (U/D) model on the nameplate, and the installation diagram below should be found for placement and installation.

Important reminder: When multiple elevators are synchronously lifted, be sure to correctly position each elevator and steering device before installation and commissioning. If placed in the wrong position, it will cause the elevator to be unsynchronized during lifting and result in the elevator getting stuck or damaged. 3： When installing and debugging multiple linked synchronous elevators, pay attention to the following:

(1) When installing, debugging, and using the screw up and down walking elevator lifting form, the flange installation connection surface at the top of the screw must be kept at the same horizontal line. If there are uneven horizontal errors, it is easy to cause the elevator screw to break or the elevator to be damaged during lifting work. During installation, it is necessary to achieve a vertical line between two points (flange/box) to avoid damage to the elevator during lifting. It is strictly prohibited to forcefully bend the screw rod for assembly.

(Remember to remember: During installation and debugging, if the screw accidentally slides out of the elevator chassis, do not insert the screw again for assembly without authorization to avoid the screw getting stuck or the elevator being damaged.)

Installation: After adjusting the level and height, the adjusting nut should be tightened with the flange and tightened with a crescent wrench.

And use an Allen wrench to lock all the top threads on the adjusting nut.

(2) When using a screw to rotate the nut and walk up and down the elevator, the installation surface of the nut on each elevator screw must be kept at the same horizontal line. If there is an uneven horizontal error, it is easy to cause the elevator screw to break or the nut to break during the lifting operation. During installation, it is necessary to achieve a three-point vertical line (screw/nut/box) to avoid damage to the elevator during lifting. It is strictly prohibited to forcefully bend the screw for assembly.

(Remember to remember: During installation and debugging, if the nut on the screw accidentally slips out of the screw, do not attempt to re assemble and screw the nut in without authorization to avoid nut jamming or elevator damage.)
